The practice is a member of the Cooperative Movement, which promotes the evolution and sharing of good practice, the dissemination of useful knowledge and the fair distribution of rewards among its members.

This means:
• we agree what we will do and how we will do it
• we only do work that we approve of
• we only work for clients whom we feel we can trust and get on with
• we charge a price that reflects resources available as well as the value of what we do
• we share the rewards of business in an equitable way
